I'm New Call Directions

The Florida Brain Tumor Association is dedicated to brain tumor survivors, their families and friends since 1991.

We are here for you.

How FBTA Helps

The FBTA provides a safe place to share experiences for both the brain tumor survivor and their families. The opportunity to learn from and help others in a similar situation offers a sense of helpfulness and hope. Support groups have been proven to be an integral part of the healing process. FBTA zoom support group meetings will be every 3rd Monday of each month, 7:30-8:15pm. We believe our support groups offer emotional and medical information needed to ease families through the initial shock of diagnosis. The experiences of other survivors offer important coping skills as well as direction to other resources.

100% of the funds raised by the Florida Brain Tumor Association are directed to brain tumor research, fundraising, educational programs, seminars and meetings. We are proud that with our help, brain tumor research labs can continue to thrive and we are a part of what we all hope will some day be a cure.

Due to the Covid Pandemic, the FBTA is regrettably unable to have any in-person events, meetings, or continue our 2 day conferences. We have hosted many events which have proven to be incredibly meaningful, successful, even life-changing/saving in many instances. Please experience our website and enjoy photos of our events. We pray things improve soon and the FBTA can continue what has been created in 1991.
